Yes. The same website, drafts, media and history are retained. Collaborative exposes the simplified editor; Managed lets you request changes.
What happens above my Voice allowance?
Additional minutes use your approved rate card. You can request a monthly overage limit or human fallback. A call already in progress finishes safely.
Can I change add-ons?
Review the price, allowance and effective date before confirming. Changes are scheduled for the next billing period. Your existing pricing stays pinned until you explicitly approve a different rate version.
Are taxes included?
Prices in CAD. Applicable taxes extra. Tax is calculated using authoritative billing configuration and your jurisdiction.
